Provided a timely estimate with pictures of the damage which were hard to see from the ground. Communicated clearly and professionally with us (owners) and the tenants of the rental property and were patient with us despite the time zone difference and being out of town. My experience with GoodGood Roofing and Siding is excellent. From negotiation with Kevin, during the siding replacement with Jorden and to the final walk through with the other Kevin I don’t have any complaint. They were very professionals and very accommodating with regards to all our requests. There are some errors and delays but they take care of everything and don’t charge me once we are fully satisfied with their works.

I would highly recommend GoodGood Roofing & Siding. They were an initial recommendation from a community friend and throughout the whole process they showed full professionalism. They provided the quotes, the contract, got someone to check the house and was able to handle the repairs without any issues.
