I had a mystery water leak from outside in my rental property. GoodGood Roofing & Siding came out to inspect the issue. They sent me pics and drawings to explain what they plan to do to address my issue very clearly and verbally communicated to me who is thousands miles away.
When they came to do the job, they did further investigation after taking down sidings, they were able to identify and address the root cause with the repair needed. It costed me only 10% of what was originally estimated for. They are honest and professional. Jorden quoted me a very reasonable estimate to replace a 36 feet long 4 inch wide gutter to a 6 inch wide gutter and larger downspout. Jorden and his team was prompt and professional. I worked with Kevin Park, who was very courteous and responsive. My cedar shake roof was in bad shape and he performed the inspection and provided a bid along with several other contractors. GoodGood’s priced out several options and I selected a cedar-like composite material. The price was reasonable and Kevin was patient while I worked to get the project approved by my HOA. Once we finally got started the work went quickly. The material was delivered to my driveway and placed exactly where I wanted. The crew arrived on the day promised and I had a new roof within several days. Whenever I had a question or a request, Kevin responded. The crew boss was also very responsive to my requests. The installation team came on time, tented my home and plants, and removed all of the old roof, putting all debris in a dumpster. These guys were great from start to finish. I considered a total of five different roofing & siding companies and GoodGood stood out from the very start. They arrived on time for the inspection, which was much more thorough than the other companies. I received a proposal within a few days as promised. The proposal included detailed pictures and a clear explanation of what would be done. I had the roof replaced, trim installed on 20 windows and three doors, and new gutter guards installed. The entire project, which was initiated within two weeks of signing the proposal, took three days. The workers seemed very professional and one of GoodGood’s owners was there to inspect. Though not the lowest, GoodGood’s pricing was very fair. For example, the roof needed a significant amount of plywood replacement which they did at minimal extra cost. I am very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I would highly recommend using this company. I found them on Angi’s list and was pleased with every aspect of their company. I hired them because the original company that replaced my roof back in March failed to repair the work that they’d done and stopped taking my calls. I originally hired GoodGood to do an inspection of my roof to let me know why, after installing a new roof, I was getting water leaks in several parts of my home. They scheduled an appointment for Daniel to come out and look at my roof at no cost. Once they were finished they took pictures of everything they found and sent me a report detailing what needed to be done and the cost to do it. The were prompt in scheduling, fixed all of my issues and now that we have had several storms to pass through our area I can now rest assured my roof isn’t leaking.
I did the responsible thing, went out and got 3 estimates including Good/Good (local veteran own) 1st estimate, where I sat through an hour sales pitch was almost double the price of Good/Good. The quotation was exactly identical with the same material grade singles from the same manufacture and the same warranty. 2nd estimate, the person inspected my roof and offered to work with my insurance company. I probably have one of the worst policy possible, but he tried his best and the insurance provided a dollar amount that was reasonable. When I decided to go with Good/Good, they follow up again with my insurance company and were able to negotiate additional reimbursement to me in the thousands. They work with an independent insurance adjustor to deal with the insurance company, which is not common. Good/Good went above and beyond. Pricing was aggressively competitive versus the other two companies I contacted. They were easy to contact though out the process, communication was exceptional. My roof was about 3,600 sq ft, they did the job in one day. Clean-up was perfect. They even came back the following day for a final inspection to ensure that I was satisfy. They showed me detailed pictures of my roof after the job was completed. Furthermore, most roof companies only use 4 nails per shingle (the more nails the better), Good/Good was using 8 nails, making the roof more durable. Jorden/Kevin are very service minded, honest and knowledgeable. They will ensure that you are 100% satisfy. I absolutely recommend Good/Good.
We had our roof replaced with P&B and THEY KILLED IT! A professional company delivered our roof materials in perfect condition when they said they would arrive. Over the next days they had a very large crew work about 12 hours a day and the job was complete! They also did a great job cleaning up as we haven’t found any debris leftover. Full disclosure: they were not the cheapest quote we received but they definitely seemed the most genuine and our gut was right.
